Solarez is a company that has been working to bring something fresh to the world of composite materials since 1985. It all started under the banner of Wahoo International, when they decided to experiment with UV-curable resins for surfboards and bodyboards. They wanted to show that it could be produced faster, cleaner, and save the planet – and they succeeded!

Today, Solarez offers over 20 different formulas that not only conquer the surfboard industry, but also the production of musical instruments, fishing rods and jewelry. Their UV resins are the most proven we know - they dry quickly, are durable and have minimal emissions, which is great for both manufacturers and nature.

They started with a simple idea: to do things differently, better, and with the future in mind. And even though the Surfrider Foundation didn't give them an endorsement at the time (yeah, they'd rather endorse beer than resin), Solarez went their own way and is now a leader in the industry. Based in Vista, California, they're always looking for new ways to push the boundaries—be it in 3D printing or roadside repairs. Just a bunch of innovators who love what they do!
