Returns

Right of Withdrawal (EU)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, please use our Withdrawal Form, available through the return/withdrawal link in the footer of our store. After we receive your request, we will confirm it by email.

30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory EU withdrawal right, we offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Alternatively, returned goods may be handed over at the pickup box located in the changing room at Vlna Štvanice.

Once your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send or hand over the goods. We do not provide return shipping labels unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Items sent back to us without a prior return or withdrawal request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order after receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as food products, custom-made products, special orders, or personalized items. We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
