Nose Guard by Buster Surfboards - tip protection for fish, hybrid and especially riversurf boards

The nose, or tip of the surfboard, takes a real beating in river surfing and wave pools. Anyone who has ever hit concrete or had their board hit a pier while riding knows that the nose of a surfboard is the most sensitive spot. The Buster Nose Guard reliably solves this. It is made of flexible, cushioning material that adapts to different nose shapes - from narrower Fish shapes to wider hybrid shapes.

Easy to install thanks to its flexibility and 3M adhesive. After removing the protective film, you can stretch or compress the Nose Guard as needed to fit your specific toe shape.

Note: Not suitable for very pointed nose shapes such as some shortboards or Gun shapes. If you have a rounder nose (e.g. retro shapes), check out the RSPro Smart Nose Saver in our offer. Installation instructions:

1. Preparation:

Thoroughly clean the tip of the surfboard from wax, sand, dust and other dirt. If there is wax residue on the nose, but always just to be safe :-), use a suitable degreaser.

2. Gluing:

Peel the protective film from the inside of the Nose Guard.

Unfold the Nose Guard and position it so that the center “V” notch fits snugly over the centerline/stringer of the board. The Nose Guard logo should be facing the top (deck) of the surfboard.

3. Fastening:

Carefully flatten the Nose Guard and press the rest of the surface onto the board. Work from the center to the edges, pressing firmly to remove any air bubbles or creases.
