Delight Alliance Surfboards is an Austrian brand from Salzburg, specializing in river surfing and particularly durable boards. Dominik Hipp, also known as Hr. Bayer, started in 2007 to produce surfboards specifically for river. After smashing all his boards against rocks in the river, he developed the HD Rails technology.
